I really well writen book about Servant Leadership. A lot of people write about Servant Leadership without really understanding it well, Mr. Keith clearly understands the topic and writes in a way that helps others understand it too.
This book was an easy read and has become a staple on my team. It's on my boss's list of favorite books and now that I read it I know why. This book is a MUST for anyone in any sort of leadership role.
Overly simplified and general. Not nuanced and created too many unhelpful binaries for leaders. Some good theories but lacked practical application points. Too vague.
